About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" concerning forming of the staff list of higher educational institutions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Item 5 parts two of article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (2014, 2004) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 37-38, in the following edition:

"5) to create and approve own staff list according to the legislation. In case of reduction of number of persons studying according to each educational program within 20 percent of the number determined for the beginning of training in this program, the number of staff of scientific and pedagogical workers is not reduced".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
