About measures for accomplishment of the resolution of the UN Security Council 2231 of July 20, 2015.

Due to the adoption of the resolution of the UN Security Council 2231 of July 20, 2015 and according to the Federal Law of December 30, 2006 "About special economic measures" I decide No. 281-FZ:

1. To all public institutions, industrial, trade, financial, transport and other bodies, credit institutions and not credit financial credit institutions, other legal entities and physical persons which are under jurisdiction of the Russian Federation in the activities to recognize that:

a) till October 18, 2025 or until further notice (but no later than October 18, 2025) in each case receipt of preliminary permission of the UN Security Council is required:

on delivery, sale or transfer directly or indirectly from the territory of the Russian Federation, or citizens of the Russian Federation, or with use sea and aircrafts under National flag of the Russian Federation to the Islamic Republic of Iran (Iran) or for use in Iran or in its interests of all objects (materials, the equipment, goods and technologies) irrespective of country of source specified in the list of the nuclear materials, the equipment, special non-nuclear materials and appropriate technologies falling under export control, No. 1285 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2022 "About approval of the list of the nuclear materials, the equipment, special non-nuclear materials and appropriate technologies falling under export control" (further - the List of nuclear materials), except for the nuclides, materials and devices specified in Items 1.3.2 and 1.3.3 of this List and also the equipment specified in Item 2.1 of this List if it is intended for light-water nuclear reactors, and uranium with enrichment no more than 5 percent on isotope of uranium-235, of this List specified in Item 1.2.3 if it is part of the heat-generating assemblies for light-water nuclear reactors;
