About approval of the Regulations on cool management in the organizations of secondary education

According to the subitem 57) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 581, I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on cool management in the organizations of secondary education.

2. To department of preschool and secondary education, information technologies (Zhontayeva Zh. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic introduction "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
