For the purpose of enhancement of system of the state awarding for achievements in science and technology, literatures and arts I DECIDE:
1. Found the State award of the Republic of Kazakhstan in science and technology of al-Farabi and the State award of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of literature and art.
2. Approve:
3. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for implementation of this Decree in a month.
4. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.
5. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and is subject to official publication.
