being guided by provisions of the Contract on eternal friendship between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan signed in the city of Tashkent on October 31, 1998

expressing the aspiration to settle procedure for mutual trips of citizens of both states,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Citizens of the state of one Party can drive, leave, follow en route and stay temporarily in the territory of the state of other Party according to the valid documents listed in the appendices N1 and 2, on the conditions provided by this agreement.

Article 2

The citizens of the states of the Parties who are owners of national passports drive and stay in the territory of the state of other Party up to 5 (five) days without registration (temporary registration).

Prolongation of stay for the term of over 5 days is performed by law-enforcement bodies according to legislations of the states of the Parties.

In case of entrance on the territory of the state of other Party to citizens of the states of the Parties by the border services of the Parties issue the cards of migratory control which are subject to return in case of departure.

The citizens who arrived to the territory of the state of other Party by rail can stay in the territory of the state of other Party within 5 days without registration (temporary registration) based on the cards of migratory control issued by law-enforcement bodies.

Article 3

Are exempted from the procedure of registration of cards of migratory control, registration (temporary registration):

a) members of crews of aircrafts of civil aviation according to the valid national passports and in the presence of entry in the general declaration (flight task);
