Establish the number of staff of Public institution "Television for children and young people - Bakhoriston" in number of 135 units, including 40 units at the expense of the total number of Committee on television and broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, 60 units at the expense of the republican budget and 35 units by extrabudgetary funds.

4. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in a month in accordance with the established procedure to provide to committee on television and broadcasting Public institution "Television for children and young people Bakhoriston" with the building, technical equipment, transport and other necessary property.

5.
