In the text of the Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 8, page 142; 2007, No. 75, Art. 2791; 2012, No. 45, the Art. 1761), the word "Ukrtransinspektion" in all cases to replace with the word "Ukrtransbezopasnost" in the corresponding case.
2. In paragraph one of Item 5 of Pravil Proyezd of the large-size and heavyweight vehicles on highways, streets and railway crossings approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2001 No. 30 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 3, Art. 75; 2013, No. 42, the Art. 1499) to replace the word "Ukrtransinspektsiy" with the word "Ukrtransbezopasnosti".
