About creation of Public institution "Control center of the regional Project on upgrade of customs and development of infrastructure under Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan"
For the purpose of ensuring effective use of the loan granted by Asian Development Bank and timely implementation of the Credit Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and Asian Development Bank on the regional project of upgrade of customs and development of infrastructure and also according to Article 52 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Create Public institution "Control center of the regional Project on upgrade of customs and development of infrastructure under Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Approve the enclosed Charter of Public institution "Control center of the regional Project on upgrade of customs and development of infrastructure under Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan annually to provide in the Government budget of means for providing contribution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to implementation of the regional Project on upgrade of customs and development of infrastructure.
