About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of Rules of transportation of dangerous goods by road transport in the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of ensuring timely export and burial of radioactive waste, and also operational mitigation of consequences of emergency situations of radiological nature the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. To provide to the state committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan submission to the Cabinet of Ministers of information about transported on the territory of the republic radioactive materials and radioactive waste by road transport, and also burials of radioactive waste according to the scheme according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the ministries and departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, areas and cities to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them, into compliance with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Akhmedbayev.
