2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2015 No. 167 "About price approval on carrying out expert works on complex non-departmental examination of the construction projects which are carried out by the state expert organization, irrespective of financing source" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 88389, published in information system of law of Ad_let on April 21, 2015).

3. To provide to committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
