According to the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Transform Nurafzo State-owned company on construction of energy objects of the Republic of Tajikistan to Open joint-stock holding company "Nurafzo" on construction of energy objects.

Charge to the State committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on management of state-owned property to transfer in accordance with the established procedure to Open joint-stock holding company "Nurafzo" on construction of energy objects the right of operational management by shares of the public joint stock companies which are belonging to the state and being part of Open joint-stock holding company "Nurafzo" on construction of energy objects which List is attached.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 17, 1994 No. 496 "Questions of Nurafzo State-owned company on construction of energy objects of the Republic of Tajikistan".
