Approve the enclosed Rules of medical and sanatorium attendance of employees and members of their families living together with them, pensioners of law enforcement agencies, and also children of employees, the dead on duty before achievement of age of majority by them, in the relevant state organizations of health care.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
