About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. In Rules of carrying out transactions with the equipment for production, production of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which is subject to control, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 2008 No. 211 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 23, Art. 685; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3112):
Item 7 in paragraph one the word of Ministry of Internal Affairs shall be replaced with words 1) "Department of counteraction of narcocrime of National police";
The second Item 8 of the word "to territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph to "structural division of Department of counteraction of narcocrime of National police and territorial authority";
3) in the text of Rules of the word "territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" in all cases shall be replaced with words "structural division of Department of counteraction of narcocrime of National police" in the corresponding case.
2. According to the procedure of use of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors in veterinary medicine, No. 334 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 9, 2008 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 28, Art. 893; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3112; 2014, No. 4, Art. 101):
