Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2012 No. 180 "About approval of Rules of forming and functioning of national electronic information resource and national information systems, information and communication networks" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 7675, No. 286-287 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on August 25, 2012 (27105-27106).

3. To committee of communication, informatization and information of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazangap T. B.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
