Bring in the Procedure for determination of the size and provision by the serviceman and to members of their families of monetary compensation for the premises ought to them for obtaining, No. 728 "Some questions of provision of housing for the military personnel and other citizens" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 2, 2015 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 76, the Art. 2503), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for determination of the size and provision by the serviceman and to members of their families of monetary compensation for the premises ought to them for obtaining

1. In the paragraph the second item 4 of the word "the housing conditions and/or the faces included in the list having the right to extraordinary receipt of premises" needing improvement shall be replaced with words "the housing conditions and/or the faces included in lists having the right to first-priority or extraordinary receipt of premises needing improvement".

2. To add Item 5 after the words "have the right on" with the words "first-priority or".

3. In Item 6 of the word "or exceptions of the list of the citizens having the right to extraordinary receipt of premises" shall be replaced with words "or exception of lists of the citizens having the right to first-priority or extraordinary receipt of premises".
