According to article 17-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and for the purpose of ensuring information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs and information systems of the Pension fund of Ukraine we ORDER to the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Procedure for information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs and information systems of the Pension fund of Ukraine which is applied.
2. Determine that before introduction of information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs and information systems of the Pension fund of Ukraine round the clock in real time such interaction is performed in working hours taking into account technical capabilities of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs and information systems of the Pension fund of Ukraine according to the legislation, but with interval no more than 2 hours.
3. To the administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs to take the adequate measures necessary for implementation of this order.
