According to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming", to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" and for the purpose of ensuring information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming and information systems of the Pension fund of Ukraine we ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming and information systems of the Pension fund of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Determine that:

1) before introduction of information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming (further - the Register) and information systems of the Pension fund of Ukraine in real time such interaction is performed in working hours taking into account technical capabilities of the Register and information systems of the Pension fund of Ukraine according to the legislation, but with interval no more than 2 hours;
