I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 13, 2014 No. 57 "About approval of ecological standard rates and ecological requirements for economic and other activity" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9805, published on November 6, 2014 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve ecological standard rates and ecological requirements for economic and other activity:

1) the Shchuchinsko-Borovsky resort area connected with cultural and community water use on water objects and works on cleaning of natural reservoirs for the purpose of their preserving and recovery, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) connected with underground waste disposal, according to appendix 2 to this order.";

The ecological standard rates and ecological requirements for economic and other activity approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order;

add with appendix 2, according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of waste management of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also from the date of its obtaining in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information"

The Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Ecological standard rates and ecological requirements for the economic and other activity connected with cultural and community water use on water objects of the Shchuchinsko-Borovsky resort area and works on cleaning of natural reservoirs for the purpose of their preserving and recovery

1. General provisions

1. These ecological standard rates and ecological requirements for the economic and other activity connected with cultural and community water use on water objects of the Shchuchinsko-Borovsky resort area and works on cleaning of natural reservoirs for the purpose of their preserving and recovery (further - Requirements) establish standard rates and requirements to the economic and other activity connected with cultural and community water use on water objects of the Shchuchinsko-Borovsky resort area and works on cleaning of natural reservoirs for the purpose of their preserving and recovery.

5. For the purpose of maintenance of the favorable water mode of superficial reservoirs, their prevention from instruction and overgrowing, water erosion of soils, deterioration in conditions of dwelling of water animals and birds, reduction of fluctuations of drain, events for mechanical and biological cleaning and sanitation of reservoirs are held.

6. In the presence of the bases specifying increase of the anthropogenous impact which is negatively influencing balance of ecosystem of natural reservoirs measures for support and recovery of balance of ecosystem of reservoirs are taken.

7. The bases for taking measures to support and recovery of balance of ecosystem of reservoirs are change of structure and properties of water in reservoirs, instruction and overgrowing, water erosion of soils, deterioration in conditions of dwelling of water animals and birds, increase in fluctuations of drain.

2. Requirements and standard rates for cleaning of reservoirs
