According to article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" and for the purpose of simplification of the procedure of registration, issue, use and accounting of permissions to trip on the territories of foreign states in case of accomplishment of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport in the international message I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for registration and issue of permissions to trip on the territories of foreign states in case of accomplishment of transportations of passengers and loads road transport in the international message, their exchange and accounting approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, No. 1075/9674 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of April 19, 2013 No. 239) which are applied.

2. To provide to strategic development department of the road market and motor transportations:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister V.Yu.Shulmeyster.
