About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning activities of the Public migratory service of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Procedure for registration and issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 13, 2012 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 2, 2012 at No. 1089/21401, such change:

the paragraph one of Item 1.4 of the Section I after the words "or exchange of the passport" to add with words and figures "including instead of lost or stolen, gluing in of photos in case of achievement-faced age of 25 or 45 years,".

2. Bring in the Order of registration of the residence and place of stay of physical persons in Ukraine and samples of documents necessary for this purpose approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 22, 2012 No. 1077, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 18, 2012 at No. 2109/22421, such change:

to add Item 8.8 of the Section VIII with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The request is sent in territorial subdivision or territorial authority of GTS of Ukraine at the place of residence, and after formation of the centers of provision of administrative services - in the relevant center".
