About approval of the Regulations on movement of funds of single fee for obligatory national social insurance
According to Articles 8, of 9, of 11, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance", the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, order:
1. Approve Regulations on movement of funds of single fee for obligatory national social insurance which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 19, 2013 No. 493/815 "About approval of the Regulations on movement of funds of single fee for obligatory national social insurance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 27, 2013 at No. 1667/24199.
3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Romaniuk Yu. P.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To department of ensuring activities of the Minister (patronage service) of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Yurik I. I.) in ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the Internet.
