According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About assessment of conformity", "About certification of products and services" and the Regulations on the Uzbek agency of standardization, metrology and certification approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 5, 2004 No. 373, I order:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for declaring of compliance of products to requirements of its safety approved by the order of the CEO of the Uzbek agency of standardization, metrology and certification of March 4, 2005 No. 83 (рег. No. 1465 of April 6, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 14, the Art. 107), according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
