About approval of Provisional regulations for approval procedure on purchase of shlikhovy gold and gold-bearing concentrate in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of regulation of the relations connected with transactions with precious metals in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, suppression of illicit trafficking in the extracted precious metal and its uncontrolled export to other countries according to article 17 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Provisional regulations for approval procedure on purchase of shlikhovy gold and gold-bearing concentrate in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication and is effective before entry into force of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of the industry, fuel and energy complex and subsurface use of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
