About measures for further enhancement of use of objects of flora for the purpose of development of recycling industry of the republic

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for business activity, investment attraction in food and pharmaceutical industries, and also increases in export volume of products with the value added made from local raw materials, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Determine that:

procurement (collection) of glycyrrhiza naked on lands of agricultural purpose physical persons and legal entities is performed without receipt of permission to special use of flora objects on condition of procurement (collection) of glycyrrhiza naked in obligation fulfillment under contracts of delivery with the overworking organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan making extract of root of glycyrrhiza naked;

in case of inappropriate use, the prepared (collected) glycyrrhiza naked, on procurement (collection) of which privileges on payments were provided, the payment amount which is not paid in connection with provision of privileges is collected with compensation of damage caused to flora, in the amount of, established by the legislation.

2. Make change and additions to the Regulations on procedure for use of objects of flora and passing of allowing procedures in the field of use of flora objects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 20, 2014 No. 290 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 10, the Art. 108), according to appendix.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
