About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcel of land as urgent (temporary) use to private partners within implementation of the agreement on public-private partnership

For the purpose of settlement of procedure for provision of the parcel of land as temporary use (lease) to private partners within implementation of the agreement on public-private partnership, according to Item 6 of Article 29 of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcel of land as urgent (temporary) use to private partners within implementation of the agreement on public-private partnership according to appendix.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 21.02.2020 No. 111

3. Recommend to local government bodies to bring in three-months time the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
