About entering of changes into the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services approved by the Order GGNI No. 1223 of 26.08.2014.

On the basis лит.с) h. (1) Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of 24.04.1997 (it is repeatedly published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of 08.02.2007). I order:

1. To make the following changes to the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services approved by the Order GGNI No. 1223 of 26.08.2014:

Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7. For the purpose of access to electronic services, physical persons it is necessary to be authenticated on the website www.servicii.fisc.md.";

Item 11 to state 2) in the following edition:

"11. Creation, signing, departure and receipt of electronic tax deeds are performed by means of electronic tax services from the www.servicii.fisc.md portal";

3) appendix No. 2 to the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services is cancelled;

4) appendix No. 4 to the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services is cancelled.

2. To provide to management of monitoring and information development the publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
