About change and amendment of the Regulations on certification of internal auditors of the public sector

For the purpose of execution of provisions of Item b) and Item g) article 29 of the Law on the state internal financial control No. 229 of September 23, 2010. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010 Yo, 730) I ORDER to Art. No. 231-234,:

1. Approve changes and amendments to the Regulations on certification of internal auditors of the public sector approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 100 of August 29, 2012. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 205-207, 1132), according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Changes and amendments to the Regulations on certification of internal auditors of the public sector

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 100 of August 29, 2012:

1.1. In Item 2 the syntagma of "internal auditors / workers of divisions of internal audit" is replaced with syntagma "in the field of internal audit of workers";

1.2. In Item 3 the syntagma of "internal auditors" is replaced with syntagma "in the field of internal audit";

1.3. In item 4 the syntagma of "internal auditors" is replaced with syntagma "in the field of internal audit";
