About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods, and also in some decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission and the Supreme Eurasian economic council

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Decision Board of the Eurasian economic commission of 27.10.2020 No. 137

3. Bring in the List of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission, No. approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 8, 2015 16, the following changes:
