About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 2, 2005 No. 1215 "About approval of the Procedure for entering of money into the republican budget, their offsetting on account of tax payment, charges (duties) or return to the legal entity or individual entrepreneur, and also provision of the bank guarantee and obligation fulfillment on it when importing (export) by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to the territory of the Republic of Belarus from the territory of the State Parties of the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999 alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol, when moving of the specified products and alcohol on the territory of the republic and about the size of the money which is subject to introduction" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 175, 5/16708; 2007, No. 55, 5/24780; 2008, No. 106, 5/27558; 2009, No. 44, 5/29298; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 03.10. 2013, 5/37848):

1.1.1. in the name, Item 1, paragraph one of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the word "Agreements on the Customs Union and Common Economic Space of February 26, 1999" shall be replaced with words "Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014";

1.1.2. according to the procedure of entering of money into the republican budget, their offsetting on account of tax payment, charges (duties) or return to the legal entity or individual entrepreneur, and also provision of the bank guarantee and obligation fulfillment on it when importing (export) by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to the territory of the Republic of Belarus from the territory of the State Parties of the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999 alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol, when moving of the specified products and alcohol on the republic territory approved by this resolution:

in the name and Item 1 of the word "Agreements on the Customs Union and Common Economic Space of February 26, 1999" shall be replaced with words "Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014";

"entrepreneurs" to add the first offer of part two of Item 2 after the word with the words "from the current (settlement) bank account";

in part one of Item 3 of the word "person and" shall be replaced with words "person or";

in Item part two 4, Item 6 and part one of Item 7 of the word "persons and" shall be replaced with words "faces or";

in Item 5:

1.2. according to the procedure of acquisition by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing import (export) of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol, control signs, their accounting, realization, use, clearing, return, destruction, marking of accompanying documents by them, No. 1229 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2005 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 177, 5/16732; 2007, No. 55, 5/24780; 2008, No. 79, 5/27396; 2009, No. 44, 5/29298; No. 122, 5/29754; 2011, No. 104, 5/34431; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.04. 2013, 5/37100; 03:10. 2013, 5/37848):

in Item 5:

in part one:

The decision on issue of control signs is made in form according to appendix 2-1, and the decision on refusal in issue of control signs - in form according to appendix 2-2.

The basis for decision making about issue of control signs is observance by the legal entity or individual entrepreneur of the requirements containing in Items 4-6 of this Procedure.";
