Make change to Item 8 of the Payment procedure of the one-time monetary assistance to the faces which sustained heavy bodily harms during participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 6, 2014 No. 324 "About social protection of faces which sustained heavy bodily harms during participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 64, of the Art. 1777), having added it with paragraphs of the following content:
"In case of death or incapacity of person who is included in the list and did not receive the help, the help can be paid to one of members of the family of the specified person based on the relevant decision of court or the certificate of the death of such person on condition of provision of written consent of any form from other family members.
Persons treat family members the wife (husband), minor children, parents, and also persons who at the time of the death of the specified person were in its dependence.".
