1. These rules determine procedure for creation of the centers of support and help to the victims of human trafficking (further - the centers).
2. The centers are intended for maintenance and assistance to persons who were affected by human trafficking irrespective of whether there was consent of this person to transportation, the transfer, sale or other actions connected with human trafficking.

The interdepartmental commission on fight against human trafficking considers offers of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan on creation of the centers and afterwards develops and represents to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan offers on creation of the centers.
