About some measures in the field of licensing

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. It is cancelled.

4. Approve "The list of the licensed types of activity, the license for which is granted by executive bodies of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic" (appendix No. 4).

5. Determine that:

5.1. from coming into force of this Decree current licenses will be considered as termless;

5.2. licenses for the types of activity specified in Appendix No. 4 to this Decree are issued by the relevant organs of the executive authority determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

6. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

6.1. in connection with change of procedure for licensing and liquidation of the requirement of receipt of the license for some types of activity, and also for the purpose of ensuring control over accomplishment of the requirements to types of activity containing in the laws on which implementation the requirement of receipts of the license is liquidated, within three months to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic suggestions for improvement of the relevant laws of the Azerbaijan Republic;

6.2. within two months on the basis of offers of the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Azerbaijan Republic to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the corresponding drafts of the laws in connection with enhancement and simplification of conditions of receipt of licenses (including additional terms);

6.3. within a month to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reducing number of works and services in the types of activity specified in the parts 3, of the 27 and 29 appendix No. 2 to this Decree requiring licensing;
