Rules of creation and use of reserves of material resources for liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature

1. These rules are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About protection of the population and the territory against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature" and determines the basic principles of creation, storage, use and completion of reserves of material resources for liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature (further - emergency situations).

2. Reserves of material resources for liquidation of emergency situations are created beforehand for the purpose of the emergency attraction of necessary means in case of emergency situations and include food, food raw materials, medical property, medicines, vehicles, means of communication, construction materials, fuel, individual protection equipment and other material resources.

3. For liquidation of emergency situations are created:

- republican reserve of material resources as a part of the state material reserve the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;
