According to the subitem 6) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2015 "About informatization" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed list of personal data of the physical persons included in structure of the state electronic information resources.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 5, 2007 No. 460 "About approval of the list of personal data of the physical persons included in structure of the state electronic information resources" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 18, the Art. 206).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
