Approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2016 by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on carrying out preventive disinsection and deratization (except for disinsections and deratization in the territory of the natural centers of infectious and parasitic diseases, and also in the centers of infectious and parasitic diseases).

2. To provide to the ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry):

1) transfer of the approved amounts of target current transfers from the republican budget to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) monitoring of use of target current transfers from the republican budget regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty.

3. To provide to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

1) timely and target use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers;

2) submission to the Ministry of reports on use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers to the 5th following reporting.
