About the Procedure for rendering medical and sanitary services to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan by organizations of the state health care system

According to article 11 of the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve:

Procedure for rendering medical and sanitary services to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan by organizations of the state health care system;

The price list of the prices of types and amounts of medical services to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in public institutions of health care system;

The list of the free medical and sanitary services rendered to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan by organizations of the state health care system.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan step-by-step realization of the Procedure for rendering medical and sanitary services to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan by organizations of the state health care system, at the initial stage in auxiliary and rehabilitation divisions and expensive medical services.

3. To the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and approve the List of national groups of the Republic of Tajikistan which according to the social status and medical indications have the right to free medical attendance.

4. To the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and approve Rules of copayment of rendering medical and sanitary services to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan by organizations of the state health care system and the Instruction about special means of organizations of the state health care system of the Republic of Tajikistan.
