About provision of the parcels of land for needs of defense
According to the subitem 3) of Article 13 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003 the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Provide to republican public institutions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan the parcels of land with a total area of 110 hectare 088,45 on the right of permanent land use for needs of defense from lands categories of the industry, transport, communication, for needs of space activities, defense, homeland security and other nonagricultural appointment according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
