About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to requirements of the Regulations on cost management in system of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 24, 2013 No. 540, taking into account the offers on modification of rates for the separate services provided by the National Bank of Ukraine provided by structural divisions of the National Bank of Ukraine and according to Articles 15, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in Rates for the services provided by certification center of the National Bank of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 25, 2011 No. 17, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 1, 2011 for No. 249/18987) (with changes), having been reworded as follows them which is applied.
2. Approve Changes in Rates for the services in registration and licensing provided by the National Bank of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 28, 2012 No. 208) registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 787/8108 (with changes), having stated Items 15 - 37 in edition which is applied.
