1. Approve stamp for land and cartographic works, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve the Explanatory note to stamp for land and cartographic works, according to appendix No. 2.

3. Application of the stamp mentioned in item 1 of this order is obligatory for all companies, the organizations and organizations performing land and cartographic works in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

4. To impose control of observance of provisions of this order on the State inspectorate for geodetic, technical supervision and the mode.

5. This order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

6. I reserve control of execution of this order.
