1. Accept gratuitously till April 1, 2016 from utility property in property of the Republic of Belarus shares of joint-stock companies according to appendix 1.
2. Donate till April 1, 2016 in the ownership and the order of the State committee on property belonging to the Republic of Belarus and being in operational management of the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry 180 880 804 shares of Gomeldrev open joint stock company and 2 059 950 shares of Borisovdrev open joint stock company.
3. To concern Belarusian production trade forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry to provide:
till July 1, 2016 transformation of republican unitary production enterprise "Novosverzhensky Timber Mill" and the republican production unitary enterprise "Mazyr Woodworking Plant" to open joint stock companies;
