About approval of the coat of arms and flag of the Ministry of Justice

According to parts (2) - (4) article 6 of the Law No. 86 of July 28, 2011 on public symbols (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 164-165, 478), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve the following corporate symbols of the Ministry of Justice:

a) heraldic sign – the coat of arms, according to appendix No. 1;

b) veksillologichesky sign – flag, according to appendix No. 2.

2. Approve Regulations on use of the coat of arms and flag of the Ministry of Justice, according to appendix No. 3.

3. To the Ministry of Justice provide to the President of the Republic of Moldova the acts necessary for registration of the corporate symbols in the General armorial of the Republic of Moldova.
