Procedure for creation and introduction of the Register of the humanitarian assistance to public associations of the Republic of Tajikistan

This Procedure is developed on the basis by part 2 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public associations" and establishes rules of the organization and introduction of the Register of the public associations formed with participation of foreign states, foreign legal entities, foreign subjects, the international organizations and international social movements and also at the expense of the voluntary contributions received from other physical persons and legal entities, donations, grants or property (further - the Register), for the purpose of implementation of state regulation and control of observance of the current legislation by them.
