1) to Approve the Procedure for involvement of the air enterprises on carrying out search and wrecking, providing flight search and wrecking in the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2) to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan, Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for realization of this Procedure.

Procedure for involvement of the air enterprises on carrying out search and wrecking, providing flight search and wrecking in the Republic of Tajikistan

2) In this Procedure the following basic concepts are applied:
