1. Item 3 of the Order of the Government No. 1049 of October 4, 2001. "About assignment streamlining to vehicles of special series of registration registration plates" (2001, 1098), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 121-123, in the following edition:
"3. Vehicles of divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and administrative authorities and organizations subordinated to it which direct competence includes maintenance providing and recovery of public order and state security, and also ensuring protection of the population, the territory, the environment and property in case of threat or emergence of emergency situations are registered registration plates of the MAI series with the subsequent four figures."
2. This Resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2016.
