1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on procedure for establishment of annual purchasing amount of innovative products, high-technology products;

requirements to contents of the annual statement about purchase of innovative products, high-technology products, including at subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship;

form of the annual statement of purchase of innovative products, high-technology products, including at subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. The annual statement about purchase of innovative products, high-technology products, including at subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship, is placed in unified information system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs no later than February 1 of the year following for reporting, the customers included in the list of specific customers approved by the Government of the Russian Federation who shall conduct procurement of innovative products, high-technology products, including at subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship, since January 1, 2017 following the results of purchases of innovative products, high-technology products, including at the subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship performed since January 1, 2016.

3. The customers registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities after entry into force of this resolution apply this resolution since January 1 the year following after year in which such customers were included in the list specified in Item 2 of this resolution.
