About modification of the Law of Turkmenistan "About drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and measures of counteraction to their illicit trafficking"

I. The paragraph the thirteenth article 1 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and measures of counteraction to their illicit trafficking", accepted on October 9, 2004 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2004, No. 4, Art. 28; 2008, No. 2, Art. 24; 2009, No. 2, Art. 33; 2012, No. 4, Art. 117; 2015, No. 1, to the Art. 11) to state in the following edition:

"distribution of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors - actions, as a result of which according to the procedure approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, company and organization (further - the companies (organization) receive in the sizes established for them drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors for implementation of their turnover;".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
