About the state minimum social standards in the field of health care
Based on part one of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 1999 "About the state minimum social standards" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 322-Z
1. Establish the list of the main free medical services in rendering primary, specialized, high-technology and palliative medical care, the medico-public assistance to citizens of the Republic of Belarus by State Healthcare Institutions, university clinics according to appendix which are the state minimum social standards in the field of health care providing satisfaction of basic needs of citizens when rendering free medical care by these organizations.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2002 No. 963 "About the state minimum social standards in the field of health care" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 84, 5/10825);
the paragraph third Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2007 No. 1722 "About the State register (list) of technical means of social resettlement and procedure for ensuring separate categories of citizens with them" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 1, 5/26402);
