About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova No. 595-XIV of September 24, 1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 24-26, 137), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 2:

state the concept "body responsible for the conclusion of the agreement" of the following edition:

"the body responsible for the conclusion of the agreement, – the ministry, other central administrative authority or other authorized institution of the Republic of Moldova to which direct duties according to the legislation preparation of the international treaty belongs or which is authorized on that by the President of the Republic of Moldova or the Government of the Republic of Moldova;";

in the concept "powers" of the word "proceeding from competent authority of the Republic of Moldova" shall be replaced with words "issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration";

add Article with concept of the following content:

"the free external aid – the external financial and/or technical assistance received on a grant basis at the national, ministerial or interdepartmental level from the European Union, the states, international financial institutions or other subjects of the international public law which does not provide financial liabilities from the Republic of Moldova.".

2. C) of Article 3 to state Item in the following edition:

"c) the ministries, other central administrative authorities or other authorized institutions of the Republic of Moldova – interdepartmental agreements.".

3. Part (articles 7 after the words "specified in part (1) Article 11" to add 2) with the words "and in Item d) parts (1) Article 13".

4. Part (Article 8-1 after the words "provided by part (1) Article 11" to add 1) with the words "and Item d) parts (1) Article 13".

5. The subitem fifth of Item b) parts (Article 11 to add 1) with words ", except for agreements on provision of the free external aid;".
