About approval of the Procedure for metrological certification of technique (method) of measurements

For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 3 of Item 9 of the Protocol on carrying out coordinated policy in the field of ensuring unity of measurements (appendix №10 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and according to Item 36 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for metrological certification of technique (method) for measurements.

2. Determine that:

before the date of entry into force of this Decision metrological certification of techniques (methods) of measurements is carried out according to the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union;

the documents on metrological certification of techniques (methods) of measurements issued according to the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union before the date of entry into force of this Decision are effective before the date of the termination of effective period of the corresponding techniques (methods) of measurements determined according to the legislation of this state.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date the rules of mutual recognition of results of works on ensuring unity of measurements approved by the Eurasian economic commission, but not earlier than 30 calendar days from the date of official publication of this Decision.
