1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out obligatory survey of courts in case of their construction, operation, re-equipment and repair according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.

Regulations on procedure for carrying out obligatory survey of courts in case of their construction, operation, re-equipment and repair

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for carrying out obligatory survey of courts in case of their construction, operation, re-equipment and repair for the purpose of providing conditions of safe navigation of vessels according to their appointment, protection of life and health of passengers and ship crews, safety of the transported loads on inland waterways, and also prevention of pollution of water objects from courts.

2. In this Provision the following basic concepts are applied:

the owner of the vessel - the legal entity or physical person owning the vessel on the property right or other corporeal rights;
